Pecan Monkey Bread

- 4 cans refrigerated biscuits shopping list
- 1 cup packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1 1/2 sticks butter (3/4 cup) shopping list
- 1/2 cup white sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon shopping list
- 1/2 cup halved pecans shopping list
How to make it
- preheat oven to 350 degrees
- in a plastic bag, combine brown sugar and cinnamon
- tear or cut each biscuit into 4 pieces
- put about 8 pieces in the plastic bag with sugar-cinnamon mix
- shake to coat and place pieces into a roll pan or cake pan
- scatter some pecans among the pieces
- repeat process with the rest of the biscuit pieces and continue scattering pecan pieces until all pecans and biscuit pieces are in the pan
- in a saucepan heat butter and brown sugar until boiling.
- pour butter and brown sugar mix over the top of the pieces in the pan and bake for 35 minutes or so
- allow to cool and place onto a plate to serve, garnish with pecans
