Harvey Wallbanger Cake Haiku Recipe
A cake that is easy yet has the flavor of the classic Harvey Wallbanger drink.

Ingredients
  • Cake: All ingredients mixed together and baked for 40-50 minutes at 350 in a floured bundt pan
  • 1 Box Orange Cake Mix
  • 1 Box Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • ½ C. Vegetable Oil
  • ¾ C. Orange Juice
  • 4 Eggs
  • 2 Shots Vodka
  • 2 Shots Galliano
  • Icing: Combine sugar and juice over low heat til just combined, Add liquor after it's off the heat to pack a punch
  • 1 C. Sugar
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. Orange Juice
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. Vodka
  • 1 ½ Tbsp. Galliano

Directions
  1. Fruit, vodka, bundt cake
  2. Not yo' mama's bake sale treat
  3. Good for church cake walks
