Quick and easy pizza dough.

Ingredients
  • 1c warm water(100-110 degrees)
  • 1 pkg active dry yeast(21/4tsp)
  • 1tsp. honey
  • 21/2c all-purpose flour
  • 1/2c bread flour
  • 1T kosher salt
  • 2T olive oil

Directions
  1. Combine water,yeast and honey in a small bowl and let stand till foamy,5 mins. Bring lg. pot of water to boil.
  2. Whisk both flours and salt together in the bowl of stand mixer;add yeast mixture and oil. Mix on low speed using a dough hook till blended,smooth and dough springs back when pressed,7-10 mins..
  3. Transfer to oiled bowl,place in a cool oven with the pot of boiling water on the rack next to it. Allow dough to ris till doubled,about 1 hour.
  4. Divide dough into quarters,shape into balls and wrap in plastic. Use right away or chill up to 1hour.(May be frozen at this point. Thaw in refrigerator overnight before using)

THIS DOES NOT SEEM A QUICK WAY TO MAKE PIZZA DOUGH ITS STILL TAKE AT LEAST 1 1/2 HRS TO MAKE

Thank-you,My Son gave me one of those Presto Pizzazz machines several years ago,great invention,I use it on Frozen Pizza,but now I can design my own.
