Quick Pizza Dough

- 1c warm water(100-110 degrees) shopping list
- 1 pkg active dry yeast(21/4tsp) shopping list
- 1tsp. honey shopping list
- 21/2c all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2c bread flour shopping list
- 1T kosher salt shopping list
- 2T olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Combine water,yeast and honey in a small bowl and let stand till foamy,5 mins. Bring lg. pot of water to boil.
- Whisk both flours and salt together in the bowl of stand mixer;add yeast mixture and oil. Mix on low speed using a dough hook till blended,smooth and dough springs back when pressed,7-10 mins..
- Transfer to oiled bowl,place in a cool oven with the pot of boiling water on the rack next to it. Allow dough to ris till doubled,about 1 hour.
- Divide dough into quarters,shape into balls and wrap in plastic. Use right away or chill up to 1hour.(May be frozen at this point. Thaw in refrigerator overnight before using)
