How to make it

  • Procedure: Steep grains until wort begins to boil.
  • Remove grains. Add malt extracts, honey and Cascade hops.
  • Boil for 1 hour.
  • Add Hallertauer hops and Irish Moss in last 5 minutes of boil.
  • Cool wort, and pitch yeast.
  • Primary for 7 to 10 days at 50 to 55 degrees.
  • Secondary for 3 to 4 weeks at 40 to 45 degrees.
  • Age in bottles 2 to 3 weeks.

    I made a Honey Lager once before with a coworker that had all the equipment to do so..."I LOVED IT"...I said to my self that i will acquire my OWN equipment some day...that was 4 years ago.......................................lol
