How to make it

  • Fry bacon, drain and crumble into small pieces.
  • Saute onion and green pepper in 2 Tbsp bacon fat.
  • Add mushrooms, bacon and 2/3 of the shredded cheese.
  • Fill each crepe and roll. Place in shallow baking dish.
  • Top with sauce made by combining the sour cream and tomato sauce.
  • Cover with the remaining cheese.
  • Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.
