Ingredients
- Dressing: shopping list
- 1/2 cup mango puree shopping list
- 1/3 cup cream of coconut shopping list
- 1 Tbs Dijon mustard shopping list
- 6 Tbs apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups peanut oil shopping list
- Slaw: shopping list
- 2 cups shreded cabbage shopping list
- 2 carrots grated shopping list
- 1 med bell pepper julliened shopping list
- 1/3 cup scallions chopped shopping list
How to make it
- Dressing, mix all except oil
- Drizzle oil slowly while whisking briskly
- Combine slaw ingrdients and mix in dressing.
- Chill 20 minutes.
