Tartar Sauce

- Serves 4
For use with my Fish and Chips recipe or any deep-fried seafood recipes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- 1 tbs lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 cup white onion, minced shopping list
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish shopping list
- 1 hard boiled egg, minced (optional) shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- In a medium bowl combine the mayonnaise, onion, relish, egg.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix well and let stand for at least 10 minutes.
- Store in a tight-lid plastic or glass container and refrigerate (can be stored for 3 days).
