New Orleans Cafe Brulee For Peetabear

Just saw this on Emeril on the FLN and the aromas had to be terrific when he was making it. He explained that Brulet means burnt in French. and of course his fire stick did not work so he used a match.
Ingredients
- 1 4 cup pot of fresh brewed Columbian coffee shopping list
- ! orange peel (peel in circular motion) shopping list
- cloves shopping list
- cinnamon sticks shopping list
- orange liqeuer shopping list
- cognac shopping list
- 1 fire stick for burning shopping list
- coarse lemon peels shopping list
- sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Make coffee
- --
- stud orange peel with cloves placed about 1 inch apart
- peel lemon
- heat a saucier on stove
- add orange and lemon
- add liqeuers
- add sugar or stevia to taste
- stir a bit
- ignite carefully
- will burn out and pour in coffee
