Just saw this on Emeril on the FLN and the aromas had to be terrific when he was making it. He explained that Brulet means burnt in French. and of course his fire stick did not work so he used a match.

Ingredients
  • 1 4 cup pot of fresh brewed Columbian coffee
  • ! orange peel (peel in circular motion)
  • cloves
  • cinnamon sticks
  • orange liqeuer
  • cognac
  • 1 fire stick for burning
  • coarse lemon peels
  • sugar

Directions
  1. Make coffee
  2. --
  3. stud orange peel with cloves placed about 1 inch apart
  4. peel lemon
  5. heat a saucier on stove
  6. add orange and lemon
  7. add liqeuers
  8. add sugar or stevia to taste
  9. stir a bit
  10. ignite carefully
  11. will burn out and pour in coffee
