Ingredients
  • Ribs ( any kind of ribs)
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic minced
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 bottle or can beer ( your choice) we prefer bud light
  • 1 full stick butter broken up into four
  • bbq sauce 1 bottle

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 250
  2. Braise ribs in oil, salt, pepper, and 1 clove minced garlic
  3. Braise on all sides
  4. Add ribs to roaster
  5. Add more salt and pepper
  6. Finely chop garlic and add to ribs
  7. Pour beer around and on top of ribs
  8. Add 4 Tb ls butter to the ribs
  9. Cover and bake in oven
  10. Flip and tend to ribs periodically
  11. Baste ribs with butter and seasonings
  12. Drain remaining liquid when 4 hours are up
  13. Baste with bbq sauce when there is 20 minutes left of cook time
