Prosciutto and Asparagus Pasta Recipe

How to make it

  • In a large saucepan, steam asparagus until crisp-tender. Add prosciutto and warm with the asparagus. In a medium bowl mix together cheese, sour cream, wine, and butter; mixing well. Pour into the saucepan with asparagus and prosciutto. Warm the sauce until the cheese melts. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain but do not rinse. Transfer pasta to a warm serving platter and toss with the sauce. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan and serve immediately.
