Nut And Cheese Crock Recipe
Great appetizer idea from the Marlboro Country Cookbook "Morning Fires, Evening Lights" (Philip Morris, Inc, 1998).

Ingredients
  • 8 ounces shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 tbs dried chopped chives
  • 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp lemon juice
  • Tabasco sauce
  • paprika
  • nuts

Directions
  1. Beat together cheddar cheese, cream cheese, chives, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice and a dash of Tabasco sauce. Pack into a serving crock; sprinkle with paprika and nuts. (such as pecans) Refrigerate. Serve with assorted crackers.
