Brownie chip Cookies

A twist on the chocolate chip cookies....pieces of brownie folded into the batter!
Ingredients
- 1 c. butter, softened shopping list
- 3/4 c. sugar shopping list
- 3/4 c. brown sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 1 tsp. vanilla shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract shopping list
- 2 1/4 c. flour shopping list
- 1 tsp. baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 4 2" square brownies, cut into small pieces shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. chocolate chips (I mixed them up, white, milk and dark) shopping list
- 1/2 c. toffee brickle bits (optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter and sugars. Add eggs, beat till fluffy. Stir in dry ingredients until well mixed, fold in brownie bits, chips and brickle bits if using.
- Drop onto foil lined cookie sheets, bake at 300 degrees until lightly golden brown (about 12 minutes).
- Cool and enjoy
