How to make it

  • Peel cucumbers and slice paper thin.
  • Cover with salted water about for 2 hours
  • Drain very well to rid any moisture
  • Stir in enough sour cream to bind together.
  • Season with a bit of salt, pepper , garloc powder and paprika
  • Stir in just of bit of white vinegar to taste
  • Cill well.
  • That's it.
  • Salad should be thick and not watery at all.
  • My notes: since I can't leave any recipe alone, personaly I would love a bit of chopped onion, dill or garlic in it.
  • But I must say it's so refreshing just with the sour cream!
