Lemon Squares

Wonderful for parties, showers, receptions, etc.
Ingredients
- 1 pkg lemon cake mix shopping list
- 1 stick butter, softened shopping list
- 1 egg, slightly beaten shopping list
- 1 lb. confectioner's sugar shopping list
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten shopping list
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened shopping list
How to make it
- Combine cake mix, butter, and one egg.
- Pat mixture into 9 x 13" pan.
- Mix sugar, eggs, and cream cheese and pour on top.
- Bake at 350 35-40 minutes, until lightly browned.
- Let cool completely before cutting.
- May sprinkle with more confectioner's sugar before serving
