Pineapple Jalapeno Salsa Recipe

Serve as an appetizer with tortilla chips or as a relish--would also be good over chicken or pork. Makes a pretty yellow and green salsa.

Ingredients
- 1 8-oz can pineapple chunks in juice, drained
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 Tablespoon minced seeded fresh jalapeno pepper (don't forget to wear gloves!)
- 2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Process all ingredients briefly in food processer.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
