Pineapple Jalapeno Salsa

- Serves 4
Serve as an appetizer with tortilla chips or as a relish--would also be good over chicken or pork. Makes a pretty yellow and green salsa.
Ingredients
- 1 8-oz can pineapple chunks in juice, drained shopping list
- 3 green onions, finely chopped shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon minced seeded fresh jalapeno pepper (don't forget to wear gloves!) shopping list
- 2 Tablespoons fresh cilantro leaves shopping list
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon salt shopping list
How to make it
- Process all ingredients briefly in food processer.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
