How to make it

  • In large zipper bag or bowl with tight lid, combine lemon juice, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings.
  • Salt and pepper chicken pieces well, then add to marinade.
  • Shake or toss to coat and let rest in fridge at least 8 hours, or overnight.
  • Grill over medium heat for about 25 minutes(until done), turning a couple times, brushing with marinade each time.
