Beef and Cheese Stuffed Jalapenos

I don't normally see recipes for stuffed jalapenos stuffed with meat... so for me this makes a nice change... this is a Certified Angus Beef recipe... I use the 90% Angus beef...

Ingredients

1/2 pound Certified Angus beef ® ground chuck, cooked shopping list
3 ounces shredded pepper jack cheese shopping list
4 large jalapenos, top cut off and seeded shopping list
4 slices bacon shopping list

How to make it

Combine cooked ground chuck with cheese
Stuff jalapeños with meat mixture and wrap with bacon.
Grill until bacon is cooked and pepper is tender.

These sound really good. I make sausage stuffed jalepenos and they are the #1 appetizer requested from me at all get togethers. Check it out on this site "sausage stuffed jalepenos".
