Beef And Cheese Stuffed Jalapenos Recipe

I don't normally see recipes for stuffed jalapenos stuffed with meat... so for me this makes a nice change... this is a Certified Angus Beef recipe... I use the 90% Angus beef...

Ingredients
- 1/2 pound Certified Angus Beef ® ground chuck, cooked
- 3 ounces shredded pepper jack cheese
- 4 large jalapenos, top cut off and seeded
- 4 slices bacon
Directions
- Combine cooked ground chuck with cheese
- Stuff jalapeños with meat mixture and wrap with bacon.
- Grill until bacon is cooked and pepper is tender.
