This a fun and easy recipe to make. It's unique flavors bring an exotic taste to the table without frightening people away. It is traditionally served over rice or cous cous, but when I make it for my boyfriend I serve it over soba noodles.

Great recipe! I just made it last night, served over Jasmine rice, and enjoyed it very much. I added half the garlic and skipped the hot peppers and shallot, but everything turned out very tasty.
