Anas Prawn and Guacamole Cocktail

- 14 oz cooked, peeled king prawns shopping list
- 5 fl oz salad dressing shopping list
- 2 avocados peeled and sliced shopping list
- 16 cherry tomatoes, quartered shopping list
- 2 roman lettuces, halved and shredded shopping list
- 1 guacamole recipe (about 2 1/2 cups) shopping list
- 2 limes, cut into wedges shopping list
How to make it
- Put the prawns and 6 tbsp of the dressing into a bowl, stir, then cover.
- Put the avocado and tomatoes into a separate bowl, stir in the rest of the dressing, then cover.
- Chill both bowls for 2 hours.
- Divide de lettuce between 8 serving dishes or cocktail bowls. Spoon the avocado and tomatoes on top, then the prawns and a scoop of guacamole.
- Finish with a lime wedge and freshly ground black pepper.
