How to make it

  • Cream margarine. Add grated cheese and blend well. Add flour, salt and cayenne. Roll into 1" balls. Press pecan half on top of each. Refrigerate overnight before baking.
  • Bake at 250* for about 45-60 minutes or until light brown and crisp.
  • Freezes well.
