Pecan Cheese Rounds

- 1 lb. margarine, (do not use butter) shopping list
- 1 lb. new York sharp cheddar cheese, grated shopping list
- 4 cups flour shopping list
- salt, to taste shopping list
- cayenne, to taste shopping list
- pecan halves shopping list
How to make it
- Cream margarine. Add grated cheese and blend well. Add flour, salt and cayenne. Roll into 1" balls. Press pecan half on top of each. Refrigerate overnight before baking.
- Bake at 250* for about 45-60 minutes or until light brown and crisp.
- Freezes well.
