Pecan Cheese Rounds Recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. margarine, (do not use butter)

1 lb. new York sharp cheddar cheese, grated

4 cups flour

Salt, to taste

Cayenne, to taste

Pecan halves

Directions

Cream margarine. Add grated cheese and blend well. Add flour, salt and cayenne. Roll into 1" balls. Press pecan half on top of each. Refrigerate overnight before baking.

Bake at 250* for about 45-60 minutes or until light brown and crisp.

Freezes well.
