Indonesian Ginger Chicken

- 1 cup honey shopping list
- 3/4 cup bragg liquid aminos or soy sauce (Braggs has less sodium) shopping list
- 6 to 8 cloves minced garlic shopping list
- 1/2 cup peeled and grated fresh ginger root shopping list
- 2 - (3 1/2 Pound) chickens quartered with backs removed shopping list
How to make it
- Cook in sauce pan, honey, Braggs or soy sauce, garlic, and ginger over low heat until honey is liquidfied.
- Arrange chicken in a shallow pan and place skin down, one layer, then pour sauce over chicken.
- Cover and let marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
- Preheat oven to 350 "F" degrees
- Place pan in oven and bake for 30 minutes covered.
- Uncover pan, rotate chicken (skin side up) and bring the temp up to 400 degrees "F". Cook another 25 to 30 minutes or until juices run clear.
- The sauce should be brown and thick.
