Sweet Potato Bisquits

A twist on regular bisquits,these sweet potato bisquits are tasty
Ingredients
- 1/2c mashed sweet potato shopping list
- 21/4c Bisquick shopping list
- 2/3c buttermilk shopping list
How to make it
- Mix mashed sweet potatoe with 1/3c buttermilk.Combine bisquick with potato mixture and another 1/3c buttermilk. Mix to form a dough
- Knead 12 times on surface coatedwith baking mix. Roll out to 1/2";cut into rounds.
- Bake on an ungreased baking pan for 10 mins in a 450 oven.
