Sounds lovely!
Could you tell me what is Colby cheese? Is it a brand or type of cheese?

Its a type of cheese. Because it is such a mild cheese, Colby is seldom used in cooking. It is used as a table cheese, for grating and grilling, and in snacks and salads.

I look for cabbage recipes now and then, and this one sounds great! Got it saved.

Oh I love Colby cheese this sounds so NICE OH I've got to try this too! "FIVE FORKS"
