Passion Of Petals Cake

The crystallised rose petals are a frill - and the roses are used from my garden . This beautiful two layer affair cake is so moist , glammed up with bananas with cream cheese frosting in between .
Ingredients
- 2 bananas , very ripe - mashed shopping list
- 227 g tin pineapple , drained and chopped shopping list
- 200 ml groundnut oil shopping list
- 250 g brown caster sugar. shopping list
- 3 med egg yolks and whites shopping list
- 3 tbsp milk shopping list
- 100 g chopped pecan nuts / walnuts shopping list
- 200 g flour , 2 tsp baking pwd , 3/4 tsp ginger and cinnamon - sifted shopping list

- 180 g butter shopping list
- 150 g sifted icing sugar ...... cream it shopping list
- 350 g cream cheese shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
- Apple green colour shopping list
- ....................................................... shopping list
How to make it
- Pre heat oven at 190 deg C .
- Butter two 20 cm cake pan .
- Beat the egg whites until stiff . Set aside .
- Whisk the bananas and pineapple to combine .
- Whisk in the oil and the sugar.
- Whisk in 3 yolks and milk .
- Fold in the nuts and the dry ing.
- Whisk in the egg whites .
- Bake 40 mins until its springy on top when you touch .
- Cool .
- ................................
- Cream the butter and the sugar .
- Add the cream cheese and the vanilla in .
- Do filling and frosting .
- Decorate the cake .
