Steak Soup

- 11/2 lean ground beef shopping list
- 2 cups diced onions shopping list
- 1 cup diced carrots shopping list
- 1 cup diced celery shopping list
- 1 Tbs mined garlic shopping list
- 3 cans chicken broth shopping list
- 1 can (16 oz.) crushed tomatoes shopping list
- 2 Tbs worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 tsp red pepper sauce shopping list
- salt & pepper to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Brown ground beef in dutch over over medium heat.
- Add onions, carrots, celery, garlice.
- Cook 10 to 12 minutes until veggies are softened.
- Add chicken broth, crushed, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper sauce and salt and pepper.
- Bright to boil, reduce heat , cover and simmer 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, melt 1/4 c. butter or margarine in small saucepan; stir in 1/2 c. flour.
- Cook over medium high, stirring, until deep brown.
- Whish into soupe; cover and simmer 15 minutes more.
