How to make it

  • Brown ground beef in dutch over over medium heat.
  • Add onions, carrots, celery, garlice.
  • Cook 10 to 12 minutes until veggies are softened.
  • Add chicken broth, crushed, tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, red pepper sauce and salt and pepper.
  • Bright to boil, reduce heat , cover and simmer 15 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, melt 1/4 c. butter or margarine in small saucepan; stir in 1/2 c. flour.
  • Cook over medium high, stirring, until deep brown.
  • Whish into soupe; cover and simmer 15 minutes more.
