How to make it

  • Wash and pat dry the chicken. be carefull of the cooking surface.
  • wash all completly. or the chicken /salmilnilla police will get you
  • dredge in flour,shake off excess--salt an pepper
  • into a large skillet-med heat-1/4 inch oil
  • saute both sides till brown--golden brown repeat till all chicken is done
  • put in a large roasting pan- with a tight lid
  • use same skillet-heat a little more oil med high heat-add onion,garlic saute soft. add to roaster pan
  • little more oil- add peppers saute till soft
  • add to roaster pan
  • add all the rest- except cilantros,onions
  • bring to boil -turn down reduce to a simmer
  • simmer for 1 1/2 to 2 hours until thickens
  • stir cilantro into mixture
  • transfer to a large serving bowl
  • top with green onions chopped
  • sour cream cheese and tortilla chips on the side
  • note::try with beef an pork mixed or just pork-cook a little longer till really tender
