Salted Nut Roll Recipe

If you like sweet and salty you will love this candy.

Ingredients
- 16 oz. jar dry roasted peanuts
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 12 oz. pkg. peanut butter chips
- 3 tbsps. butter
- 1 pkg. mini marshmallows
Directions
- Put half of the peanuts on bottom of a 9x13" baking dish. In a saucepan, melt sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter chips and butter; stir in marshmallows, but do not melt, pour over the nuts and spread out evenly; top with remaining nuts. Let bars cool before cutting.

Do you need to spray the pan with non-stick spray or grease it? Do they cook easily? My sister has a recipe called cracker cookies which sounds a bit like this?

I usually spray the pan some to help them come out of the pan better. You just melt the butter chips and milk you don't melt the marsmallows all the way.
