How to make it

  • Toss beans, onions, carrot, jalapeno and cilantro in a medium sized bowl.
  • Add cous cous, lime juice and toss well.
  • Begin adding spices, tasting as you go to be sure you have it adjusted according to your taste.
  • Enjoy!
