Amendoas Da Quinta Da Foz - Quinta Da Foz Almonds

- 2 cups shelled and peeled almonds shopping list
- 1 tbsp butter shopping list
- salt and pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Dry-fry the almonds for a couple of minutes shaking the pan continuously, so that the almonds don't burn.
- Add the butter and coat the almonds, still in the pan.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Lightly fry until slightly golden.
- Scatter them onto paper towel and sprinkle with more salt and pepper.
- Serve cold.
- They go extremely well with a cold beer or a nice glass of Port (what else?)
