this is a recipe from, Apple Orchard Inn, Missouri Valley, Iowa...with apple season starting I've been looking for some new apple recipes...this one sounded good.

Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1/2 c oil
  • 1 t vanilla
  • 1-1/2 c all-purpose flour
  • 1 t baking powder
  • 1/2 t baking soda
  • 1/8 t salt
  • 2 t cinnamon
  • 1 c chopped, peeled apples
  • 1/2 c raisins
  • 1/2 c walnuts

Directions
  1. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan. In a large bowl combine all of the ingredients. Pour into the prepared pan. Bake in a preheated 350F oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
