How to make it

  • Place onions into plastic bag. Lightly crush with hands or with rolling pin.
  • Dip chicken into egg; then coat with onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere.
  • Place chicken on baking sheet. Sprinkle with additional crumbs, if desired (it’s desired, trust me – you don’t want to waste those little bits of crispy goodness).
  • Bake at 400˚F for 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center.

    I have tried this and it's very good. They even have cheddar cheese flavored onions. I prefer the original tho'.
