Crunchy Onion Chicken

- 1 ⅓ c. French-fried onions (one large can) shopping list
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves shopping list
- 1 egg, beaten shopping list
How to make it
- Place onions into plastic bag. Lightly crush with hands or with rolling pin.
- Dip chicken into egg; then coat with onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere.
- Place chicken on baking sheet. Sprinkle with additional crumbs, if desired (it’s desired, trust me – you don’t want to waste those little bits of crispy goodness).
- Bake at 400˚F for 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center.
