Crunchy Onion Chicken Recipe
From the back of the French's Fried Onion can. The best oven baked chicken I have ever had and SO simple. Gotta try it!

Ingredients
  • 1 ⅓ c. French-fried onions (one large can)
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions
  1. Place onions into plastic bag. Lightly crush with hands or with rolling pin.
  2. Dip chicken into egg; then coat with onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere.
  3. Place chicken on baking sheet. Sprinkle with additional crumbs, if desired (it’s desired, trust me – you don’t want to waste those little bits of crispy goodness).
  4. Bake at 400˚F for 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center.

I have tried this and it's very good. They even have cheddar cheese flavored onions. I prefer the original tho'.
