Ingredients
  • 1 golden cake mix, withouth pudding
  • 1 (3.4-ounce) box instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream
  • 3 Hershey bars (or other milk chocolate bars), chopped
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • Confectioners’ sugar, optional

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 12-cup bundt pan.
  3. Combine cake and pudding mixes, oil, water and eggs in the large bowl of a mixer.
  4. Beat on low 30 seconds. Increase speed to high and beat 2 minutes.
  5. Mix in sour cream.
  6. Stir in chocolate, chocolate chips, walnuts and coconut.
  7. Pour into prepared pan and bake 60 to 65 minutes.
  8. Cool in pan 15 minutes before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
  9. Dust with confectioners’ sugar, if desired.
