How to make it

  • Combine all ingredients; store in tightly covered can or jar. Use in any recipe calling for self-rising flour. Makes 1 pound of self-rising flour.

    If I've made this for a recipe, I just leave the leftovers in a canister. If my next recipe requires more than I have left, I just dump the (flour) recipe ingredients on what I have saved, stir it up, then use what I need.
