Don't rush to the store when a recipe you're working on calls for self-rising flour! Make your own!

Ingredients
- 4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 TBSP. baking powder
Directions
- Combine all ingredients; store in tightly covered can or jar. Use in any recipe calling for self-rising flour. Makes 1 pound of self-rising flour.

If I've made this for a recipe, I just leave the leftovers in a canister. If my next recipe requires more than I have left, I just dump the (flour) recipe ingredients on what I have saved, stir it up, then use what I need.
