How to make it

  • Chop cabbage to your desired size pieces
  • slice onions the way you like them
  • Mix together
  • Stir vinegar and sesame oil together
  • Add to cabbage just before serving (or else it will be wilty, which isn't a good thing)
  • sprinkle with almonds (if using)
  • Only make enough that will be eaten in one day, this doesn't save so well once the oil/vinegar is added. (I speak from experience)
