How to make it

  • Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan.
  • Add the onion & garlic & stir-fry for about 2 mins or until softened
  • Add the pork & stir-fry until the pork changes color & is cooked
  • Add the eggs & cook until scrambled into small lumps
  • Add the rice & continue to toss to coat with the oil to prevent sticking
  • Add the fish sauce, soy sauce & sugar & mix well
  • Continue to cook until the rice is thoroughly heated.
  • Serve, garnished with the siced spring onion

    I'm a fried rice lover and make it often. Pork fried rice is one of my favorites so thanks for this recipe! Your recipe sounds so good and maybe I should just make it for dinner tonight! Thank you, Brianna! I'm hungry for it NOW!
