Fried Rice With Pork Recipe

Ingredients

3 tblsp vegetable oil.

1 onion - chopped

1 tblsp garlic - chopped fine

4 oz pork - cut into small cubes

2 eggs - beaten

4 cups cooked rice

2 tblsp fish sauce

1 tblsp dark soy sauce

1/2 tsp caster sugar (Berry - fine grain sugar)

4 spring onions - finely sliced to garnish

Directions

Heat the oil in a wok or large frying pan.

Add the onion & garlic & stir-fry for about 2 mins or until softened

Add the pork & stir-fry until the pork changes color & is cooked

Add the eggs & cook until scrambled into small lumps

Add the rice & continue to toss to coat with the oil to prevent sticking

Add the fish sauce, soy sauce & sugar & mix well

Continue to cook until the rice is thoroughly heated.

Serve, garnished with the siced spring onion
