Lemon Linguini Parmesan

- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- 2 garlic cloves minced shopping list
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk shopping list
- 3/4 pound whole grain linguini shopping list
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese shopping list
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley minced shopping list
- 3 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in small skillet and sauté garlic for 1 minute then add milk and heat gently.
- Cook pasta until all dente then drain and toss well with lemon juice.
- Pour garlic mixture over pasta and toss.
- Add parmesan cheese, parsley and pepper then toss well again and serve immediately.
