How to make it

  • Place desired number of eggs in saucepan in a single layer and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil and immediately remove from heat.
  • Cover and let eggs stand in the hot water for 10 - 15 min. (depending on the size of the eggs). Remove from hot water, cool, and peel.
  • *Week-old eggs are better than fresh as they will peel easier.

I know this is almost too simple to be a recipe, but some people learned how to boil eggs differently, and it's always good to try new techniques. I promise everyone, this really does work! Enjoy! :) Natalie

I was going to add this to my "Nothing to it" line of recipes, today! :) I make them just like this, and I always save eggs back for a couple weeks to make deviled eggs. Thanks for the addition...I may still add it to mine the next time I make them, so it's "together" with my group of recipes, but yours is getting a 5, cus I KNOW it works! :)
