Ingredients

How to make it

  • Clean the fish and dry it with paper towel. Rub it well with salt.
  • Dredge the fish through cornmeal to cover it well.
  • In a pan, heat the butter and oil and fry the fish covered with a lid until it changes color and looks done (about 10 - 15 min.) Arrange it on a plate.
  • Heat the sourcream at low heat for 2 - 3 min and add the diced garlic and parsley. Pour it over the fish. Eat it with bread.
  • Serve it with a glass of Sauvignon!

I am a sucker for this type of recipe! New and different "to Me" old as the mountains and forests that it originated in. Wonderful!

    Elgab,
I love salmon and we buy it about twice a month. This is another heavenly sounding recipe that I will definitely try. I can imagine the pan drippings from the fish mixing with the sour cream and garlic. Sounds divine!
