Marinade For A Midwesterner Recipe
From a Rachel Ray recipe - great flavorful and quick marinade for steak, lots of garlic, spicy too.

Ingredients
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tablespoon grill seasoning blend (McCormick Montreal Steak Seasoning is wonderful!)
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, ground chipotle chili powder or ground cumin (or experiment with them)
  • 2 teaspoons hot sauce or more if you like it hot
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

Directions
  1. Whisk all ingredients except olive oil together.
  2. Whisk in olive oil
  3. Let your steak marinate 15 minutes or more.
  4. Grill or BBQ to your preferred doneness.
  5. Enjoy!
  6. Great on all kinds of steaks, but it will not tenderize the meat.
