Marinade for a Midwesterner

From a Rachel Ray recipe - great flavorful and quick marinade for steak, lots of garlic, spicy too.
Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic shopping list
- 1 tablespoon grill seasoning blend (McCormick Montreal steak seasoning is wonderful!) shopping list
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika, ground chipotle chili powder or ground cumin (or experiment with them) shopping list
- 2 teaspoons hot sauce or more if you like it hot shopping list
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar shopping list
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk all ingredients except olive oil together.
- Whisk in olive oil
- Let your steak marinate 15 minutes or more.
- Grill or BBQ to your preferred doneness.
- Enjoy!
- Great on all kinds of steaks, but it will not tenderize the meat.
