How to make it

  • In a large pot, brown beef with onion.
  • Drain fat.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low.
  • Cover and simmer apx. 25 minutes, or until rice is tender.

    Simple, straightforward, one dish meal. This probably would turn out OK with one pound of bulk pork sausage too.

    Was looking for an easy recipe to help me clean out the 'fridge. It's on the fritz and in need of repair.
