This dish looks really nice.
I'm truly a Sauerkraut lover.

Actually I love all German food.:)

This looks delicious! Only me that eats sauerkraut in my family though...

Simple, straightforward, one dish meal. This probably would turn out OK with one pound of bulk pork sausage too.

Was looking for an easy recipe to help me clean out the 'fridge. It's on the fritz and in need of repair.

Didn't think the caraway flavor would come out, but it did.

I made this for dinner tonight--DELICIOUS! But I didn't have any rice, so I omitted it and the water, boiled up some potatoes and mixed them in. great recipe!

Dish is very good. For a creamier version add 4oz. cream cheese. Makes it almost taste like beef stroganoff with a bite.
