This is my homemade sour cream I serve on baked potatoes or mashed potatoes. It tastes a lot better than the store-bought sour cream.

Ingredients
  • 1 1/3 cup softened philadephia cream cheese or other brand
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate. Serve with baked potatoes or mashed potatoes.
