Rich,creamy pasta and cubed ham blend perfectly in this hearty meal for 2, It's a great way to use up leftover ham.

Ingredients
  • 4oz. uncooked spaghetti broken into 2" pieces
  • 1c(8oz)shreaded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2/3c condensed cream of mushroom soup,undiluted
  • 1/2c 2% milk
  • 1Tbs minced fresh parsley
  • 2tsp diced pimientos,drained
  • 1tsp finely chopped onion
  • 1/2tsp worcestershire sauce
  • dash of pepper
  • 3/4c cubed fully cooked ham

Directions
  1. Cook spaghetti according to directions. Meanwhile,in a small bowl,combine the cheese,soup,milk,parsley,pimientos,onion,worcestershire sauce and pepper.
  2. Drain spaghetti;add to soup mixture. Spread half into a 11/2qt. baking dish coated with cooking spray. Layer with ham and remaining spaghetti mixture. Bake,uncovered at 375 for 20 to 25 mins or till bubbly.

I love tetrazzini and this one looks wonderful! But I don't expect anything less from you!



I need a new way to use leftover ham, and this sounds very good. The ingredients are all on hand -- so what am I waiting for?


I'm guessing there's a typo on the amount of cheese and will use 1 cup....hope that's right! 5's for this recipe.
