Easy Pie Crust

This is a simple Pie crust recipie that I use for every thing form Quiche, to shepards Pie, and even Apple or Cherry Pie! So quick and easy you'll never buy pre-made again!
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. vegetable or olive oil ( I use vegetable oil because it's cheap and what I have on hand.) shopping list
- 1/4 c. milk shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 c. flour shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients inside of the pie dish that you will be using to bake the crust in.
- Dough will form into a ball eventually, kneed this ball 3 to 4 times.
- Press the dough out to the edges of the pie pan while trying to make the thickness even.
- Place in a 350 degree preheated oven until golden brown around the edges.
- Fill with your choice of filling and enjoy!
