My granddaughters love the creamed corn at Rudy's BBQ, so I had to find a recipe to make Grandma's corn just as good. This one tastes just like theirs and is so quick and easy.

Ingredients
  • 1 package of frozen whole kernel corn (1 pound)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 stick butter
  • 1/3 of an 8 ounce package of cream cheese

Directions
  1. Cook corn according to package directions
  2. Drain any liquid from corn
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients
  4. Reheat if needed
  5. Serve hot.
