Creamed Corn

My granddaughters love the creamed corn at Rudy's BBQ, so I had to find a recipe to make Grandma's corn just as good. This one tastes just like theirs and is so quick and easy.
Ingredients
- 1 package of frozen whole kernel corn (1 pound) shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 stick butter shopping list
- 1/3 of an 8 ounce package of cream cheese shopping list
How to make it
- Cook corn according to package directions
- Drain any liquid from corn
- Stir in remaining ingredients
- Reheat if needed
- Serve hot.

Easy and tasty, doesn't get any better than this. I also love creamed corn and it is so much better when it is homemade. Great post and a high 5.
