Ingredients
  • 1 Bottle(12oz) Dark Beer
  • 2 Cups Dry Mustard
  • 1 Cup Brown Sugar,firmly packed
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Turmeric
  • 2 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Dried Minced Onions

Directions
  1. Pour beer into a bowl,cover loosely, and let set at room temperature overnight.
  2. Whisk beer and remaining ingredients together in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Bring to a boil,whisking constantly.
  4. Remove from heat,cool to room temperature.
  5. Store in refrigerator.
  6. Serve with pretzels and sausage.
