How to make it

  • Pour beer into a bowl,cover loosely, and let set at room temperature overnight.
  • Whisk beer and remaining ingredients together in a large saucepan over medium heat.
  • Bring to a boil,whisking constantly.
  • Remove from heat,cool to room temperature.
  • Store in refrigerator.
  • Serve with pretzels and sausage.

  • Have not stated before in the passing of the recipe to the masses...but...I believe that I would allow this to 'Age' for a couple of weeks outside the refrigerator before using...other wise,it could be..."TOO HOT TO HANDLE!"
