How to make it

  • Heat water and onion in skillet over medium heat
  • Cook onion for 5 minutes and add garlic and cook a few more minutes.
  • If skillet becomes dry add a bit more water.
  • Add meat and brown on all sides.
  • Add tomato and spinach and spices and cook 5 minutes
  • Remove lid and cook 5 more minutes.
  • Lamb should be tender, if not cook till tender
  • When tender, stir in butter to melt
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Serve stew over rice.
