Whisky Mousse

- 100 grs plain chocolate shopping list
- 2 gelatine sheets (unflavoured) shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 50 grs confectioner's sugar shopping list
- 50 grs white chocolate shopping list
- 0.5 dl whisky shopping list
- Grated chocolate. shopping list
How to make it
- Melt the plain chocolate.
- With the help of a pastry brush coat the insides of muffin-size paper cases.
- Put in the freezer for a few minutes.
- Remove from the freezer and repeat the coating procedure.
- Put back in the freezer.
- Soak the gelatine in cold water.
- Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar.
- Melt the white chocolate and gelatine together.
- Add to the yolks
- Add the egg whites previously whisked to soft-peak.
- Carefully peel off the paper cases.
- Fill the chocolate cases with the mousse.
- Sprinkle with the grated chocolate and chill.
