How to make it

  • Hidrate the gelatine in the water and disolve in bain-marie.
  • Whisk in the food processor with the rest of the ingredients, excluding the whipped cream.
  • Carefully mix the whipped cream and pour into individual dishes/bowls.
  • Decorate with some extra coconut.
  • Chill for at least 4 hours.
