Ingredients
  • 1 sachet unflavoured gelatine
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 can coconut milk (0.2 litre)
  • 3 cups whipped cream
  • 100 grs desicated coconut
  • 1 cup sugar

Directions
  1. Hidrate the gelatine in the water and disolve in bain-marie.
  2. Whisk in the food processor with the rest of the ingredients, excluding the whipped cream.
  3. Carefully mix the whipped cream and pour into individual dishes/bowls.
  4. Decorate with some extra coconut.
  5. Chill for at least 4 hours.
