Coconut Mousse

- 1 sachet unflavoured gelatine shopping list
- 3 tbsp water shopping list
- 1 can coconut milk (0.2 litre) shopping list
- 3 cups whipped cream shopping list
- 100 grs desicated coconut shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
How to make it
- Hidrate the gelatine in the water and disolve in bain-marie.
- Whisk in the food processor with the rest of the ingredients, excluding the whipped cream.
- Carefully mix the whipped cream and pour into individual dishes/bowls.
- Decorate with some extra coconut.
- Chill for at least 4 hours.
