How to make it

  • put everything-except bread and evoo - in a pot,cook for 20 minutes.
  • remove faggots and bay.
  • in a small bowl, lightly beat yoke and temper with a few ts.p of hot soup while whisking.add to soup and stir well.
  • dampen bread with evoo and place 1 slice in each bowl and laddle soup over the bread.
