Triple Layer Jello Salad Recipe Recipe
A little time consuming so best made the day before you need it. It's quite good and could be used as a salad or dessert!

Ingredients
  • FIRST LAYER
  • 1 pkg lime jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • SECOND LAYER
  • 1 pkg lemon jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • THIRD LAYER
  • 1 pkg orange jello
  • 1 3/4 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup mandarin orange segments

Directions
  1. Disslove lime jello in boiling water.
  2. When partially set add pineapple and pour into a 9x13.
  3. Let set.
  4. Dissolve lemon jello in boiling water.
  5. Whip cream and mix with cottage cheese.
  6. When jello is partially set, fold in cheese mixture and pour over lime layer Let set..
  7. Dissolve orange jello in boiling water. When partially set, fold in oranges. Pour over lemon layer.
  8. Chill until firm. Cut into squares.
  9. If you want replace the orange layer with strawberry jello and strawberries.
